This was part I of a two-part self defense seminar for medical professionals from a local hospital. Coach Shelby addressed some of the common misconceptions about self-defense, psychology behind violence, and introduced simple techniques for participants to drill with partners.

This was a self-defense seminar for EMT professionals and fire fighters from Milford, NH. The seminar combined theories, psychology, and hands-on movement drills to empower people to better understand the nature of defending oneself from known or unknown danger.
