Knife Control Concepts was amazing!

Aaron Jannetti and Eli Knight even came to roll with us on Friday for Tommy Green’s Birthday Shark Tank and had nothing but great things to say about our students and community.
The KCC1 program is incredibly well taught and makes up a significant portion of our stand up curriculum. The will be running KCC1 again at Sig Sauer in Exeter on February 1st and 2nd and we are in talks to bring them back for KCC2 in September of 2025 so if you missed this course, follow them on Instagram @knifecontrolconcepts to be ready for the next level!

We have some exciting news ahead:

We are going to be launching a YouTube channel soon to share techniques, movement drills, training advice, and all things martials arts related. Stay tuned!

We will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving, Thursday 11/28 but we will have 2 sessions on Black Friday 11/29: Open Mat 10am-12pm (Free for all guests too!) and our regular No Gi 5pm-7pm!

Our 2 Year Anniversary, Promotions, and Open Mat was amazing! Congratulations to all those promoted and thank you so much to everyone who came out to celebrate and roll! You are what make this community so great and we will continue to grow and improve with your support.

We are thrilled to announce that we are adding Boxing with Coach Christian Moura on Saturdays at 1pm starting October 12th!!

We have Self Defense courses coming up. These 4 hour seminars can be for the general public or tailored to your specific needs. Our most recent course was August 10th. We keep our classes small, 25 participant maximum. Pre-Registration is required. Please email here to set one up for your company, friends, relatives, etc!

Our free Women’s Only Open Mats have been huge successes so far! We love having practitioners from all Academies come to roll and share their knowledge. Our next one will be Sunday December 8th 10am-12pm

Saturday, December 14th: We have several students competing at the Grappling Industries tournament held at New England Sports Center in Derry NH. Come on out to support your teammates!
